• 11:00 - 11:30 CLOSED for disinfection
• 11:30 - 14:00 access only if an online scheduling has been made beforehand
• 14:00 - 14:30 CLOSED for disinfection
• 14:30 - 17:00 access only if an online scheduling has been made beforehand
• 17:00 - 17:30 CLOSED for disinfection
• 17:30 - 20:00 access only if an online scheduling has been made beforehand

Access to the reading rooms is permitted to the users by appointment only.
In that respect, please consult the library’s online catalogue and users’ guidelines by clicking the following link: http://www.liberty.umfcluj.ro
The appointments are valid only for a period of 7 days (for instance: from Monday to Sunday, or from Tuesday to Monday etc). Although the library soft allows creating appointments for an extended time period, they will be subsequently deleted.
If the appointment is not validated by physical presence at the library, it will be cancelled after a maximum of half an hour waiting time.
